Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business within industrial food manufacturing plants across the country.
- Build consultative relationships with maintenance, engineering, reliability, and operations stakeholders.
- Promote service, repair, and retrofit solutions for complex mechanical systems.
- Partner with internal engineering and service teams to scope projects and deliver high-value technical solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer uptime challenges and provide service-driven recommendations.

Requirements
- Experience selling technical industrial services, repair programs, or retrofit solutions rather than transactional consumables.
- Background calling on plant maintenance, engineering, or reliability teams in food or beverage production environments.
- Ability to open doors in high-volume food manufacturing operations and establish trust in maintenance and service contexts.
- Familiarity with spiral conveyor systems, large mechanical OEM systems, or related food-processing equipment is strongly preferred.
- Self-starter with strong discipline and comfort working closely with technical and engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively to support a nationwide service territory, including time-sensitive or emergency needs.
