GRS Recruiting has partnered with a respected manufacturer in the Fluid Power industry seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand their customer base across North Carolina. This is a hands-on, technical sales role for someone who thrives on developing OEM relationships and offering innovative, practical hydraulic solutions.
Grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new OEM opportunities in the region
Provide technical support and guidance on hydraulic systems, components, and solutions
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
Represent a diverse line of hydraulic products, including cylinders, hoses, fittings, and cooling systems
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Strong background in Fluid Power, with hands-on and technical understanding of hydraulics
Familiarity with OEM customers, particularly small equipment manufacturers
Ability to think technically and provide effective, straightforward solutions
Mechanically inclined or capable of handling basic engineering conversations
Degree or formal training in Fluid Power preferred (or equivalent technical background)
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to grow long-term customer relationships
