Drive new business development and manage existing distributor relationships throughout Indiana
Promote lubrication products, with a focus on base oils and related solutions
Identify and pursue opportunities across a variety of industrial applications
Collaborate closely with a mature and experienced sales team to share best practices and strategies
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with autonomy in your approach
Experience selling base oil lubricants preferred
Proven success selling to distributors or industrial supply channels
Open to candidates from adjacent industries such as lubricant systems, fluid power, or lubricant distribution
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent sales territory
