This position focuses on business development in the OEM sealing space, leveraging your industry expertise and network to build new relationships, develop leads, and expand market presence.

Key Requirements

• Proven success in business development with existing industry contacts.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales in the sealing or OEM sector.

• Direct experience in seals within the OEM space — no cross-over from unrelated industries.

• Consideration may be given to candidates from professional plastics or bearings backgrounds.

• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
