Outside Sales Representative – Mechanical Equipment

A leading mechanical equipment supplier is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory covering Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. This is an opportunity to join a tightly-knit team within a rapidly growing organization that values technical expertise, collaboration, and customer problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Requirements

We’re looking for a driven, mechanically inclined sales professional who thrives in a technical, B2B industrial environment. You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business, and delivering solutions to a broad customer base.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of outside B2B technical and industrial sales experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience with industrial pumps, seals, compressors, or gearboxes

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
