As a Territory Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your region—approaching it like your own business. You’ll focus on developing long-term relationships, managing a consultative sales process, and driving new business across fluid pumping and compressed air systems. Working autonomously but supported by a collaborative team, you’ll be instrumental in expanding the company’s regional footprint and delivering tailored solutions to industrial customers.
Minimum 3 years of sales success, ideally with mechanical equipment (preferably rotating equipment)
Proven ability to thrive in long-cycle technical sales environments
Strong technical aptitude—background in math, science, or engineering a plus
Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adaptability, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy
Industry experience is preferred, but a sharp learning curve and curiosity can go a long way
