Manage and grow a defined territory by working exclusively through an established dealer network
Conduct joint calls with dealers and end users, acting as a true sales consultant
Re-engage with warm opportunities and follow strategic guidance from leadership
Operate independently in the field with full ownership over your schedule and daily priorities
Background in equipment or attachment sales, with strong dealer-facing experience
Ability to work autonomously—no need for micromanagement
Self-starter mindset; takes initiative and runs with guidance
Technical aptitude and industry know-how valued more than formal education
