GRS Recruiting has partnered with a well-established hydraulic manufacturer seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in fluid power systems, cartridge valves, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships within an established customer base while developing new business opportunities. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, sales strategy, and hands-on engagement with customers throughout the region.
Minimum of 3+ years in Fluid Power Sales or Design
Associate degree or technical certification required; Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field preferred
Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits, cartridge valves, and system logic
Proven track record of success in fluid power sales with consultative selling skills
Above-average knowledge of the customer base in the Ohio territory
Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist (CFPHS) is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office 365
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to travel 50%, depending on location
