This is a high-impact role offering long-term leadership potential and the opportunity to influence broader commercial strategy, including M&A activity.
Develop and execute a strategy for new customer acquisition and territory growth.
Focus on high-volume sales with major accounts in the Northeast and Midwest.
Leverage the company's internal resources—engineering, supply chain, enterprise operations, and CRM—to win and grow business.
Begin with die cut products, with the opportunity to cross-sell into seals and other segments.
Participate in future leadership development, with the potential to build and lead a team.
3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience; die cut market knowledge preferred.
Strong skills in territory development, account acquisition, and solution selling.
Hunter mindset and ability to work independently.
Strong communication, presentation, and mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred; relevant experience also considered.
