GRS Recruiting is proud to partner with a globally recognized and long-standing Pump Manufacturer in their search for a Regional Sales Representative on the East Coast. This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable organization known for its innovation, support, and integrated system solutions.
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for direct sales efforts within the dewater and bypass pumping realm. Your primary audience will be rental companies.
Drive sales growth by calling on pump rental companies.
Present and promote integrated product solutions, including pumps, mixers, control panels, and aeration systems.
Navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up.
Manage relationships with channel partners (preferred, but not required).
Proven sales experience in pump products.
A strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate value in complex systems.
Experience in channel management is a plus but not essential.
Self-motivated, with the drive to independently manage a regional territory.
