A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at a key facility in Northern Texas. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high-volume plant and help drive new product initiatives in a company with strong momentum and an excellent culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead day-to-day operations at a high-output manufacturing facility

• Drive performance, safety, and efficiency across product lines

• Provide strong leadership to plant staff and build a winning culture

• Work closely with executive leadership to support growth and expansion

• Current experience in a Plant Manager role within a manufacturing environment

• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Must be commutable to Northern Texas or willing to relocate
