Leading and mentoring a team of direct reports to execute on aggressive sales goals
Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share in the municipal segment
Engaging in high-level negotiations with contractors to secure long-term, profitable relationships
Navigating the bid/spec process with precision and insight
Cultivating and managing strong relationships with manufacturing reps and vendors
Serving as a key member of the leadership team, influencing company direction and growth
A strategic mindset with a passion for leadership and a drive to build something meaningful
Proven success managing and developing direct reports
Minimum of 7 years of experience selling to the municipal market
Deep understanding of contractor negotiations and bid/spec sales cycles
Insight into the dynamics between manufacturers, reps, and vendors
