Vice President of Sales – Global Filtration Systems Manufacturer

Location: Denver, CO Area

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of direct reports to execute on aggressive sales goals

  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share in the municipal segment

  • Engaging in high-level negotiations with contractors to secure long-term, profitable relationships

  • Navigating the bid/spec process with precision and insight

  • Cultivating and managing strong relationships with manufacturing reps and vendors

  • Serving as a key member of the leadership team, influencing company direction and growth

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for leadership and a drive to build something meaningful

  • Proven success managing and developing direct reports

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience selling to the municipal market

  • Deep understanding of contractor negotiations and bid/spec sales cycles

  • Insight into the dynamics between manufacturers, reps, and vendors
