As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for direct sales efforts within the municipal water and wastewater markets. Your primary audience will be engineering firms—this includes leading lunch-and-learns, making technical presentations, and building strategic relationships that drive results.
Drive sales growth by calling on municipal engineers and stakeholders.
Present and promote integrated product solutions, including pumps, mixers, control panels, and aeration systems.
Conduct product demonstrations and lead lunch-and-learns to engage technical buyers.
Navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up.
Manage relationships with channel partners (preferred, but not required).
Proven sales experience in municipal markets (water, wastewater, or similar industries).
A strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate value in complex systems.
Experience in channel management is a plus but not essential.
Self-motivated, with the drive to independently manage a regional territory.
