About the Role

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for direct sales efforts within the municipal water and wastewater markets. Your primary audience will be engineering firms—this includes leading lunch-and-learns, making technical presentations, and building strategic relationships that drive results.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales growth by calling on municipal engineers and stakeholders.

  • Present and promote integrated product solutions, including pumps, mixers, control panels, and aeration systems.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead lunch-and-learns to engage technical buyers.

  • Navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up.

  • Manage relationships with channel partners (preferred, but not required).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in municipal markets (water, wastewater, or similar industries).

  • A strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate value in complex systems.

  • Experience in channel management is a plus but not essential.

  • Self-motivated, with the drive to independently manage a regional territory.
