GRS has partnered with a top-tier control valve and steam system manufacturer in their search for a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team in the Dallas or Houston area. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy leadership role with the opportunity to build your own team and shape regional strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and grow a regional sales team focused on industrial customers
Drive sales outside of oil & gas—targeting food & beverage, pharma, life sciences, and institutional markets
Represent a top-performing product line with best-in-class technical support
Hire, train, and develop talent while executing regional growth strategies
What You’ll Bring:
Proven success in industrial sales leadership—must have managed a team
Experience selling to diverse industries beyond oil & gas
High mechanical aptitude; engineering degree preferred, bachelor’s required
Strong communicator with coaching and team development experience
Background in distribution or manufacturing sales
