  • Serve as a vital internal account manager, supporting customers and sales teams in the distribution channel.

  • Manage quotes, orders, and customer communications, primarily via email and ERP systems.

  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate across teams, and provide proactive customer support.

  • Build strong customer relationships by being responsive, resourceful, and solution-focused.

  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Industry Experience Preferred: Background in industrial distribution (fluid power, pneumatics, automation, hose & fittings, motion control, power transmission).

  • Service Mindset: Proven track record in customer service or account management roles.

  • Communication: Clear and professional, primarily through email; ability to build rapport.

  • ERP System Experience: Helpful, but not required.
