Serve as a vital internal account manager, supporting customers and sales teams in the distribution channel.
Manage quotes, orders, and customer communications, primarily via email and ERP systems.
Troubleshoot issues, coordinate across teams, and provide proactive customer support.
Build strong customer relationships by being responsive, resourceful, and solution-focused.
Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a sharp eye for detail.
Industry Experience Preferred: Background in industrial distribution (fluid power, pneumatics, automation, hose & fittings, motion control, power transmission).
Service Mindset: Proven track record in customer service or account management roles.
Attention to Detail: You catch the little things that others miss.
Good Instincts: A strong sense of “what feels off” and confidence to dig deeper.
Communication: Clear and professional, primarily through email; ability to build rapport.
ERP System Experience: Helpful, but not required.
