Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our client's team as a Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have an industrial sales background. Experience in selling mechanically engineered products, preferably rotating equipment, is highly desired.
Experience in the Municipal Water Treatment market is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Municipal Water Treatment world is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex product specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a drive to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Willingness to travel overnight 40-50% within the assigned territory.
