Southeast Regional Sales Representative – Power Transmission
Location: TN, GA, AL, KY, or FL (Remote-Based with Regional Travel)
Industry: Power Transmission / Industrial Manufacturing

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a growing and highly regarded Power Transmission manufacturer to find a driven Regional Sales Representative to support business development and account management across the Southeast region. This is a key opportunity for a self-motivated, technically-minded sales professional looking to grow within a respected organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the region.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

• Represent a full range of power transmission products, focusing especially on chain and potentially belting or other PT components.

• Partner with distributors and direct OEM customers.

• Deliver technical product presentations and solutions with confidence.

• Report on territory performance and opportunities to leadership.

Ideal Background

• Experience in chain sales preferred; belting or other PT components also valuable.

• Prior experience with either a manufacturer or distributor in the industrial or mechanical components space.

• Proven track record of hunting and new business development.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and convey complex concepts.

• Independent, self-motivated, and driven to win.
