Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a branch or operations at distribution center

• Background in value-added and solution-based sales models

• Strong technical aptitude with technical products or engineered solutions

• Track record of developing operational teams and fostering a culture of improvement

• Experience with operational systems and process implementation

• Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics in distribution settings
