What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and implement transformative software solutions. You will:

• Provide expert-level technical support and solution design.

• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.

• Contribute to pre- and post-sales engineering efforts.

• Work with IIoT technologies, integrating systems and deploying software platforms.

• Travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and industry events.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful, you should bring a mix of technical depth, customer focus, and collaborative spirit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in solutions engineering, technical support, or similar roles within the software or technology sector.

• Solid understanding of networking protocols, architectures, and security.

• Exposure to Industrial IoT (IIoT) concepts and technologies.

• Programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ are a plus.

• Strong communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity.

• A customer-first approach and a passion for solving real-world problems.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
