Territory Sales Representative – Mobile Equipment Manufacturer (Central U.S.)

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a highly regarded Mobile Equipment Manufacturer in their search for a Territory Sales Representative to cover a growing Central U.S. territory. If you're experienced in technical field sales, parts and accessories, and thrive on independence and travel—this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a multi-state territory (currently 5 states, with expansion into the western U.S.)

  • Develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

  • Represent technical product lines—controls, chain, and spreaders for snow and ice vehicles

  • Travel 50%+; remote office setup

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background in technical sales, ideally from a manufacturer of parts/accessories

  • Experience with construction or snow and ice vehicle equipment is a strong plus

  • A self-starter with strong time management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely while also being a team player
