Regional Sales Representative – HVAC Industry

We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive business in their largest and most critical region—a key hire for their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the HVAC industry.

  • Engage with Manufacturer’s Representatives, Wholesalers, HVAC Design Engineers, Mechanical Contractors, and End Users.

  • Present product solutions to purchasing decision-makers and contractors.

  • Leverage expertise in boilers and boiler system design to drive sales.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years of HVAC industry experience.

  • Strong knowledge of hydronics and boiler systems.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a track record of independent sales success.

  • Self-motivated professional capable of operating their territory like a business.
