Territory Sales Manager
GRS Recruiting is partnering with a highly regarded Industrial Manufacturer to find a Territory Sales Manager in Northern New Jersey.
About the Role: This role focuses on driving sales and expanding the company’s repair business within their respective territory. We’re seeking a motivated professional with a mechanical aptitude and a background in rotating equipment or adjacent industries who are ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow business within the specified territory.
Identify new opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Focus on selling to industries including petrochemical, industrial and power.
Promote repair services and equipment solutions to a diverse customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and technicians, to deliver top-tier service.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with rotating equipment or related mechanical systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical solutions.
A background in selling to industrial industries.
HVAC or repair service sales experience is preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and drive business development.
