Territory Sales Manager

GRS Recruiting is partnering with a highly regarded Industrial Manufacturer to find a Territory Sales Manager in Northern New Jersey.

About the Role: This role focuses on driving sales and expanding the company’s repair business within their respective territory. We’re seeking a motivated professional with a mechanical aptitude and a background in rotating equipment or adjacent industries who are ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow business within the specified territory.

  • Identify new opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.

  • Focus on selling to industries including petrochemical, industrial and power.

  • Promote repair services and equipment solutions to a diverse customer base.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and technicians, to deliver top-tier service.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience with rotating equipment or related mechanical systems.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical solutions.

  • A background in selling to industrial industries.

  • HVAC or repair service sales experience is preferred.

  • Proven ability to work independently and drive business development.
