Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana Territory Sales Manager – Custom Hydraulic Manufacturer
Location: Remote (within Texas, Arkansas, or Louisiana)

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a custom hydraulic manufacturer in their search for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales within Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
• Develop relationships with customers in Construction, Steel Making, and Scrap Metal Recycling industries.
• Utilize CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business systems to track and analyze sales data.
• Provide technical sales expertise to customers, ensuring the best hydraulic solutions for their needs.
• Collaborate with a team of industry specialists in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in a hydraulics environment.
• Preferred experience selling into Construction, Steel Making, or Scrap Metal Recycling industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
