Territory Sales Manager – Michigan (HVAC Product Experience)

GRS Recruiting is proud to partner with a highly respected Industrial Valve Manufacturer in their search for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) to join a company that values expertise, autonomy, and long-term market investment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical and controls contractors serving large-scale commercial facilities such as hospitals, universities, and data centers.
  • Leverage your experience with HVAC controls and valves to provide technical solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Work independently in a highly specialized market, providing tailored solutions to key clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC or BAS industry.
  • Strong understanding of valves and/or HVAC controls, with the ability to provide technical consultation.
  • Proven experience working with mechanical and controls contractors, with a focus on large commercial projects.
  • A driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in new business development and client engagement.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to articulate product value to various stakeholders.
