Technical Fluid Power Regional Sales Manager
GRS Recruiting is excited to partner with a leading Fluid Power Manufacturer in their search for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Fluid Power Regional Sales Manager to oversee a territory covering Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships within the Oil & Gas and off-highway markets.
  • Leverage your deep technical expertise to present and sell innovative solutions, including a unique radio piston motor with superior mechanical efficiency.
  • Manage a multi-state territory while providing exceptional customer support and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying opportunities to expand market share and maximize revenue potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven background in hydraulics or gearing sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical products.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the Oil & Gas or off-highway markets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on achieving results.
