General Manager – Fluid Handling Equipment Manufacturer

About the Opportunity:
GRS Recruiting is excited to partner with a leading Fluid Handling Equipment Manufacturer in their nationwide search for an exceptional General Manager. This pivotal role will be based in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, offering the chance to lead and grow an established business in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do:
As General Manager, you will oversee all facets of the business, driving profitability and growth while leveraging your expertise in:

• P&L Management: Take ownership of financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Channel Sales: Develop and manage strategies for multiple sales channels, including Industrial Distribution, Manufacturer Representatives, and Online Sales.
• Industrial Products Marketing & Sales: Lead initiatives to market and sell high-quality industrial products.
• Farm & Agriculture Sector Expertise is desirable: Your knowledge of this space will help drive expansion into key markets.

What You Bring:

• Proven P&L experience, with a track record of delivering business growth.
• Deep understanding of sales strategies across Industrial Distribution, Manufacturer Representatives, and Online platforms.
• Strong background in industrial product sales and marketing.
• Experience in the farm and agricultural sector is highly desirable.
