Technical Sales Representative – HVAC Chiller Industry

GRS Recruiting is excited to partner with a custom manufacturer in the HVAC Chiller space to find a Technical Sales Representative for the greater Houston area. Position Overview

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships within the industrial and commercial markets. This position requires a highly technical aptitude, and while an engineering degree is preferred, it’s not mandatory for candidates with strong sales and technical experience.

Key Qualifications

• Proven inside or outside sales experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand and convey complex HVAC solutions.
• Preferred Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience selling into industrial or commercial markets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
