Outside Sales Representative – HVAC Industry

GRS Recruiting is proud to partner with a unique and innovative company that operates as both a Manufacturer's Representative and a Specialty Manufacturer in the HVAC space. We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join their team and drive sales in the Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan territory.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in representing industry-leading HVAC products, selling exclusively through distribution channels. This is a remote-based position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by a long-standing and stable organization.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative.
• Deep understanding of the HVAC industry and the manufacturer/distributor relationship.
• Must reside within the Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, or Michigan territory.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity.

Location

This is a remote position, with candidates required to live in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, or Michigan to effectively manage the territory.
