Regional Sales Manager – Midwest/Rust Belt

GRS Recruiting is excited to partner with a highly respected Valve Manufacturer in their search for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Midwest/Rust Belt territory. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for industrial valves and engineered products to make a significant impact.

Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. You will work closely with PVF (Pipe, Valve, and Fitting) distributors, particularly those that are independent and locally owned. Your expertise in selling to sectors such as food processing and ethanol plants will be crucial to your success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in selling industrial valves, actuators, or related engineered products.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with PVF distributors, with a particular focus on independent, locally owned companies.
  • Personality: A Type A personality that is highly motivated, self-driven, and thrives in a highly autonomous environment.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
