GRS Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director for our client, a leading HVAC solutions provider. This role is based in Denver, CO, and covers the Colorado/Wyoming territory. Our client is renowned for delivering top-notch HVAC solutions and is looking for a talented individual to lead one of their core sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow select key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable experience (PE preferred).
- Proven track record of sales success in the HVAC industry.
- Extensive experience with air side HVAC products (air handlers, chillers, VRF systems).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
