Regional Sales Manager - Process Automation

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading Process Automation company in their search for an experienced Regional Sales Manager. This remote-based role will cover a multi-state territory, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead and grow sales efforts in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand sales territories with a focus on Process Automation products (Solenoid Valves, Positioners, Actuators).
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and manufacturers, fostering a successful sales channel.
  • Strategically develop and implement business plans that align with company growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in developing sales territories, preferably in the Process Automation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of process automation equipment including Solenoid Valves, Positioners, and Actuators.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to seize growth opportunities.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturer-distributor relationship.
