Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Company Overview: Our client is a well-established and growing Hose & Fitting Manufacturer, dedicated to providing high-quality industrial products to meet the diverse needs of their customers. With a niche focus and a solid foundation in the market, they are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join their team and further expand their reach in the greater Chicago/southern Wisconsin Territory.

Position Overview: The Regional Sales Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company's market presence within the designated territory. This position requires a dynamic and driven individual with a strong background in industrial sales and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  2. Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers as needed.
  3. Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably within the hose and fitting industry.
  2. Ability to travel overnight as needed to meet with clients and attend events within the designated territory.
  3. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to grow the company.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence decision-makers.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
