Position Overview: The Regional Sales Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company's market presence within the designated territory. This position requires a dynamic and driven individual with a strong background in industrial sales and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably within the hose and fitting industry.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed to meet with clients and attend events within the designated territory.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to grow the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
