Location: Albany, GA to Montgomery, AL (Flexible Location)

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with previous industrial sales experience, leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, leading a dedicated team, and contributing to the expansion of a company that is reshaping the industry.
Key Requirements:
- Previous industrial sales experience
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Background as a sales manager with distribution experience
- Familiarity with customers in a variety of companies including steel mills and maintenance
- Knowledge of industrial products and associated manufacturers
- Willingness to reside between Albany, GA and Montgomery, AL
Responsibilities:
- Initially, the role will involve 80% management and 20% sales, transitioning to a balanced 50/50 split
- Future plans include the introduction of a supervisor role, requiring the hiring and management of a sales team
