Territory Sales Representative - Northeast U.S.

GRS Recruiting is partnering with a leading OEM Seal Company in their search for a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Northeast U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and well-respected company experiencing significant growth both organically and through acquisitions. As a Private Equity-owned organization, the company offers dynamic opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with OEMs within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
  • Present and sell seal products and solutions tailored to meet client needs
  • Work closely with engineering and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in selling to OEMs
  • Strong understanding of seal products and their applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
  • Willingness to travel as needed
