General Manager (Scenter Manager) – Scenthound (Scarsdale, NY)
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 base + uncapped performance bonus + ownership-track equity participation
Schedule: Full-time | 5-day work week with Sundays and one weekday off
Anticipated Start Date: June 1

This is not a traditional retail management role.
You will be the founding operational leader for Scenthound’s first location in Westchester County, working directly with the owner to launch, operate, and scale a six-location business across Westchester and Nassau Counties. This role demands an operator who runs the business as if it’s their own, not someone who needs daily oversight.
You will run this business with full autonomy. Your team, your P&L, your performance, your budget. The owner is a partner, not a supervisor: in your corner, invested in your success, and committed to building this together with full transparency and a shared stake in the outcome.
In the short term, you will fully own the launch of the Scarsdale Scenter, leading pre-sales, building team culture, and serving as the face of the brand in the community. As additional locations open, this role is designed to evolve into an Area Manager position. Long term, this becomes the regional leadership role as the six-location operation comes together.

As Scenter Manager, you’ll own your store’s performance from team development and customer satisfaction to revenue growth and membership sales. You’ll lead from the front, setting the tone for service excellence while meeting and exceeding key business goals.
This role combines sales strategy, people leadership, and operational execution. It is built for someone who is confident in influencing others, measuring results, and turning great experiences into long-term members.

High-performing Scenter Managers are positioned to grow into Area Manager roles with responsibility across multiple locations as the business scales across Westchester and Nassau Counties, with comp adjustments to match.
