General Manager – Pink’s Windows Gold Coast

About Pink’s

This is not a traditional General Manager role. You will operate two Pink’s territories as if they were your own business, with full ownership of sales, marketing, hiring, team leadership, and profitability. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, sales-driven, and motivated by long-term upside with a realistic path to six-figure earnings based on performance.

Overview
The General Manager will operate the Garden City and Great Neck territories as an independent business unit, with full accountability for revenue, profit, and team performance. This role combines sales leadership, operations management, and people development, with the autonomy to make decisions that directly impact growth and earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L performance for two territories, including revenue growth, expenses, and profitability
  • Drive all sales activity, including in-home estimates, B2B outreach, referral partnerships, and community marketing
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage technicians.
  • Lead daily operations including scheduling, routing, pricing, and customer experience
  • Build and maintain a strong local pipeline through networking and repeat business
  • Serve as the primary leader and decision maker for the territories
  • Track KPIs and report weekly on sales, pipeline, and financial performance
  • Ensure job quality, safety standards, and brand reputation are consistently met
  • Step in to support the field when needed to protect the customer experience
  • Represent Pink’s in the Long Island community and develop strategic partnerships

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside sales or business development, ideally in home services
  • Experience leading people and holding a team accountable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort owning revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and employees
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Self-directed and comfortable making independent decisions
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop technicians and future sales staff
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, estimating, and basic financial reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to assist on job sites when needed to support quality and customer experience

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near Great Neck or Garden City, NY, with the ability to build local relationships
  • Willing to attend Pink’s training prior to launch and be onsite full-time during the ramp period
  • Flexible schedule during launch and growth phases, including some evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable operating autonomously with limited in-person oversight
  • Must wear a Pink’s company uniform while on duty and represent the brand professionally
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and scheduling technology
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

  • Base salary starting at $70,000 with flexible structure options
  • 2% quarterly revenue commission
  • Profit share:
    • 10% up to $100,000
    • 20% above $100,000
  • Option to trade lower base for higher profit share based on candidate preference
  • Mileage reimbursement and company expense card
  • Unlimited PTO with performance-based flexibility
