Pay: $12/hour + tips which historically equates to $18 / hour
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Position Summary

The Team Member position at 3Natives Royal Palm Beach is a cross-trained role responsible for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House (FOH)

• Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take accurate orders and process payments using the POS system
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by being attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations confidently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly

Back of House (BOH)

• Prepare food items according to 3Natives recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who communicates well with others
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment with heat, noise, and multitasking
