Pink’s was founded in 2020 to bring professionalism, friendliness, and pride back to home services. Known for reliability, high-quality work, and our commitment to be “The Best Houseguest Ever,” Pink’s is expanding into North Atlanta (Kennesaw, Acworth, Cumming, Canton).

We are hiring a Sales Manager who will launch the territory, sell jobs, and generate new business. This role is designed for someone hungry, personable, trustworthy, and sales-driven, ideally with experience in home service sales.

Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving all revenue, owning the quote pipeline, generating leads, and building Pink’s presence in the community. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through home-service sales, neighborhood networking, door knocking, and Facebook group outreach
  • Identify neighborhoods for comp cleans, arrange free cleans, and convert them into paying customers
  • Generate a minimum of three quotes per day through a mix of inbound leads and self-generated activity
  • Build rapport quickly with homeowners, families, HOAs, realtors, and local business owners
  • Conduct walkthroughs and deliver estimates with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule any jobs that are booked into the system to ensure smooth workflow
  • Follow up with clients after completion of service to confirm satisfaction and encourage future business
  • Follow up promptly by text, call, or message to keep prospects engaged
  • Represent Pink’s as the friendly, trustworthy face of the brand
  • Answer incoming calls, including evenings and weekends when needed
  • Use CRM and routing tools to manage quotes, scheduled jobs, and the sales pipeline
  • Assist with performing jobs as needed

Skills and Qualifications
• Proven success in home-service or residential sales preferred
• Comfortable cold calling, door knocking, and canvassing
• High emotional intelligence and strong rapport-building skills
• Confident delivering quotes and explaining services in a customer’s home
• Presentable, warm, and trustworthy
• Comfortable around kids and pets
• Able to lift 40 lbs and climb ladders if needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle

Compensation and Perks
•Base + Commission = $58k-$80k
• Two weeks PTO
• Gas reimbursement for personal vehicle use
