Membership Sales Associate
Location: Scenthound – Northeast DFW (Allen, McKinney, Plano, Frisco area)
Compensation: $17–$22 per hour  = (base + tips)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a key driver of membership growth at our NE DFW Scenthound locations. Your primary focus will be selling memberships, building relationships with dog parents, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into leadership. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into management as Scenthound continues to expand across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the value of routine dog wellness care

• Build rapport and strong relationships with dog parents while providing outstanding service

• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to the Scenthound experience

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

• Follow dog safety protocols to ensure a calm and safe experience for all pets

• Support daily operations to help the team meet location goals

What We’re Looking For

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions

• Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and people skills; enjoys connecting with customers

• A genuine interest in dog wellness and safety

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales is a plus (not required)
