About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll serve as the face of That 1 Painter for homeowners and business clients across the Nashville area. You’ll manage leads from estimate to completion, ensuring a smooth customer experience and strong profitability on every job. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on closing sales, following proven systems, and delivering exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, project management, and leadership. You’ll be trained in our playbook, supported by the owner, and coached for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell residential and commercial painting projects and follow them through to completion.
  • Conduct on-site estimates and manage project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with property managers, realtors, and community partners to generate leads.
  • Hire and coordinate with painting subcontractors as needed.
  • Attend community and networking events to promote That 1 Painter locally.
  • Uphold That 1 Painter’s brand standards and “Best House Guest Ever” culture.

  • Prior experience in B2C or in-home sales preferred, but attitude and teachability matter most.

Compensation & Perks
Earning potential: $70,000–$110,000+ (base + commission)
