Repair Technician – Baltimore, MD

Fitness Machine Technicians is hiring a Repair Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment for commercial and residential clients in the Baltimore/Washington Metro market. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently, and enjoys interacting with customers in a professional, friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain fitness equipment at customer locations

• Identify and order necessary parts for repairs

• Complete accurate service reports using mobile software

• Assemble/disassemble and install equipment at commercial sites

• Communicate service updates clearly to customers

• Maintain a professional appearance and strong attention to detail

• Manage daily schedule and time independently
  
  

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools

• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and reporting

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable working independently and solving problems in the field

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$19/hr during training; $22+/hr after training

• Monday–Friday schedule
