Job Title: Turf Pro – Nashville

Position Overview

As a Turf Pro, you will spearhead the residential sales division of Waterloo Turf Nashville, serving as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homeowners. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, you will guide customers through a premium experience—building relationships, delivering accurate estimates, and ensuring seamless execution alongside our installation teams.

This is a customer-facing role with a balance of fieldwork and business development. You’ll be on-site conducting estimates and walkthroughs, while also dedicating time to managing proposals, nurturing your pipeline, and providing attentive customer service. The Turf Pro is a key driver of Waterloo Turf’s growth in the Nashville market, blending sales expertise with operational coordination to deliver best-in-class results.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Sales

  • Own the end-to-end residential sales process, from initial lead response to project closeout.

  • Respond quickly to new inquiries, schedule and conduct on-site consultations, and prepare detailed, accurate estimates.

  • Present professional proposals, address customer questions, and guide homeowners to confident buying decisions.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, relationship management, and conversion optimization.

  • Lead final walkthroughs with customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any outstanding concerns.

  • Expand market presence by building referral networks and delivering Waterloo Turf presentations to local partners and community groups.

Crew Coordination & Project Support

  • Host kickoff meetings with crews and customers to set expectations and review project details.

  • Provide crews with clear instructions, site-specific insights, and updates to ensure excellence in execution.

  • Stay actively engaged during project delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and crew performance.

  • Participate in final walkthroughs with crews to confirm quality standards, completion, and customer satisfaction.
