Staff Accountant

Location: Austin, TX (onsite)
Compensation: $67,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in managing ResiBrands’ rapid financial growth. This position is ideal for an accounting professional eager to develop within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be a key contributor to the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations, supporting both day-to-day tasks and strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions
  
  
• Maintain a healthy A/R aging and ensure timely collections
  
  
• Record cash transactions across multiple entities
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  
  
• Assist the Senior Accountant with financial projects
  
  
• Perform general ledger and bank account reconciliations
  
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on A/P and A/R matters

• Solid organizational and time management skills
  
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  
  
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
