Compensation: Total earning potential $100,000–$150,000

We are seeking an experienced fencing professional to lead and manage operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven background in the fencing industry and is ready to step into a leadership position overseeing projects, people, and profitability.

The Location Manager will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest quality standards in every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including sales, scheduling, and project execution
  
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage field crews to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service
  
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with quality standards
  
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  
  
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and drive profitability through efficient operations and resource allocation
  
  
• Partner with leadership on business development initiatives and long-term growth strategies
  
  
• Monitor jobsite safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Fencing experience required — minimum of 5+ years in the fencing industry (installation, project management, or operations)
  
  
• Strong leadership skills with prior management or supervisory experience
  
  
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and profit margins
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of building long-term relationships
