General Manager – Lifetime Green Coatings
Location: Denver/Boulder, CO (North Denver Metro or Boulder area preferred)
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base + significant commission/bonus potential (OTE up to $250,000)
Type: Full-time, on-site with local travel

Lifetime Green Coatings is disrupting the concrete floor coatings industry with a patented, eco-friendly alternative to epoxy. Our product is non-toxic, odor-free, VOC-free, and comes with a lifetime warranty—a unique offering that has already been installed in major facilities such as Mile High Stadium and Coors Field. With territories spanning across Colorado, we’re positioned for rapid growth in commercial, builder, and residential markets.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and grow our Colorado operations. This is not just another management role—it’s a chance to build and scale a high-margin, well-supported business with the backing of a franchisor and an experienced owner-investor.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, manage installations, and help shape the long-term future of the business. This role offers significant earning potential tied directly to your ability to generate results.
What You’ll Do
- Sales & Client Engagement
- Meet with homeowners, builders, and commercial property managers to conduct estimates.
- Build relationships by connecting with clients and earning trust through service and expertise.
- Self-generate leads while also managing inbound franchise-generated leads.
- Operations & Management
- Oversee project scheduling, subcontractors, and inventory purchasing.
- Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and at quality standards.
- Willingness to participate in hands-on installs to learn the process firsthand.
- Leadership & Growth
- Work closely with the owner and franchisor’s dedicated support team.
- Mentor and manage installers and subcontractors.
- Build relationships with commercial clients and builders to expand market share.
- Track performance using P&L, Excel, and operational reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in home services, construction, or a related field (roofing, flooring, plumbing, etc.).
- Skills: Strong sales ability, organizational and financial acumen (comfortable with P&L), Excel proficiency.
- Attributes: Outgoing, relationship-builder, entrepreneurial mindset, dependable, and service-oriented.
- Preffered: Franchise experience, exposure to coatings/epoxy/flooring industry.
Compensation & Perks
