Sales Manager – Garage Up 

Location: San Antonio 

Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 (Base + Commission) | Company Vehicle | PTO & Holidays

Role Overview 

As a Sales Manager, you’ll own the sales process from the first homeowner meeting to project completion. This role combines in-home consultative sales with project management oversight. You’ll meet with customers, assess their needs, provide detailed estimates, and manage renovation projects—delivering both revenue growth and a reputation for outstanding service. 

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position requiring local travel within the territory. A company truck is provided. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. In-Home Sales & Estimating 

○ Conduct professional in-home sales consultations for epoxy flooring, garage storage, and renovation projects. 

○ Deliver accurate estimates and tailored proposals that meet client needs.

○ Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. 

2. Project & Customer Management 

○ Oversee assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. 

○ Hire, coordinate, and manage subcontractors. 

○ Monitor schedules, budgets, and on-site execution; address issues proactively with crew leads. 

○ Upsell additional services when appropriate. 

3. Business Development & Networking 

○ Build relationships with local referral partners (e.g., realtors, property managers, roofers).
Represent Garage Up within the community to drive brand awareness. 

Qualifications 

• Required: 

○ 2+ years of in-home sales experience (home improvement, remodeling, or related). 

○ Strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. 

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

○ Ability to travel within the territory daily; valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 

○ Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working 

independently. 

• Preferred:

○ Experience in epoxy flooring, garage storage, or renovation/home services. 

○ Knowledge of estimating and project management.
○ Tech-savvy (Apple/iPhone familiarity a plus).
