Marketing Ops Coordinator – ResiBrands 

Location: Austin (on-site) 

Compensation: $55,000-$70,000

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a detail-oriented, disciplined individual who can manage repetitive workflows, track deliverables, and provide operational support to ensure campaigns and processes run smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and execute task-based, process-driven workflows to support both marketing and operational needs. 
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and reporting across the marketing and operations teams.
  • Assist in managing marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, WordPress, Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Support creative processes by providing structure, organization, and follow-through on projects. 
  • Monitor and maintain reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 
  • Act as a liaison between the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and task execution. 

Qualifications 

  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables. 
  • Comfortable using marketing and project management tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Squarespace, WordPress, Google Workspace, ClickUp, or similar platforms). 
  • Experience with repetitive, process-oriented workflows. 
  • Understanding of marketing channels and creative production cycles. Highly detail-oriented, consistent, and disciplined. 
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to shift between marketing and operational tasks.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams. 
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within the role and company.

Compensation 

  • Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 (depending on experience).
