District Manager
Location: Houston, TX (travel required)
Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 base + performance bonuses

We’re looking for a District Manager to join our Houston-based team and help oversee multiple locations. This role is all about operational leadership—driving performance, coaching managers, and keeping our parks running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support managers across several Jumping World locations
- Drive results by reviewing P&L reports, KPIs, and ensuring strong financial performance
- Oversee projects like renovations, new openings, or staffing transitions
- Be hands-on in solving operational challenges, from staffing to customer service
- Work closely with young, energetic teams (mostly high school and college-age staff)
- Ensure policies, safety, and standards are consistently upheld
- Travel regularly—sometimes 20%, sometimes more depending on projects
- Work a weekend-based schedule (with your time off typically on weekdays)
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of management experience in hospitality, family entertainment, restaurants, or retail
- Proven ability to oversee multiple locations or large teams
- Strong financial acumen (comfortable managing P&Ls and KPIs)
- Thick-skinned, structured leader who can handle pressure and fast-paced environments
- Able to balance accountability with mentoring—especially with younger staff
- Houston-based, with flexibility to travel to other cities as needed

- Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $80,000
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
- Travel expenses covered (airfare, hotel, per diem) when outside Houston
