SEO Specialist 

We’re looking for a skilled, savvy SEO Specialist to support the That 1 Painter web team that manages web presence for one of the largest painting companies in the nation. Our parent company, ResiBrands, is the platform company that supports That 1 Painter, Garage Up, and Pink’s Window Services franchises.

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic That 1 Painter marketing team in Austin, Texas. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our T1P website's visibility and drive organic leads. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, analytical, and keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices within search engine optimization and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize copy and landing pages for Search Engine Marketing (SEO)

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

• Research and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) recommendations

• Research and analyze competitor on-page strategies

• Develop and implement backlink-building strategy

• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across the national multi-site

• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience working in SEO or similar role, with a strong track record of improving organic search performance

• Must have experience in WordPress and SEMRush

• Experience working at highly trafficked consumer-facing sites

• Some experience with Answer Engine Optimization or LLM prompting

• Strong track record of leveraging insights to define strategies that improve search visibility and user experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
