Job Title: Door to Door Sales Rep

Key Responsibilities 

Generate & Close Sales 

• Canvass local neighborhoods to generate new leads 
• Educate homeowners about power washing, window cleaning, and other service offerings
• Provide quotes and confidently ask for the sale 
• Strategically stack jobs in nearby areas to maximize route efficiency 

Presell & Expand Market Reach

• Identify and presell areas before crews arrive to help stack jobs ● Expand offerings by promoting add-on services and bundling packages 

Cold Calling & Outreach 

• Execute a structured cold calling and door-to-door outreach strategy
• Follow up with warm leads and past customers via phone, text, and email

• Hungry, self-motivated, and ready to work hard for high reward
• Previous sales or door-to-door experience is ideal
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in the field 
• Comfortable using basic tech (smartphone, CRM, scheduling tools)
• Open to receiving sales training and feedback 
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to work evenings/Saturdays as needed 

Compensation
Typical annual earnings: $50,000–$75,000, with potential to exceed that
